"My score improved a bit, but not a ton"
I did see my score go up a little after using Test Geek, so I guess it helped somewhat. But the practice started to feel repetitive, and when I reached out with a question, it took a while for them to get back to me. For the price, it just didn’t really feel worth it to me

"Refund info was clear, but I still felt a bit trapped"
I appreciated that the refund and guarantee details were easy to find, which made things feel less sketchy. That said, the wording was a little long, and I still kind of felt trapped reading through all the terms before feeling comfortable moving forward.

"The pricing felt fair to me, especially..."
The pricing felt fair to me, especially compared to a few other options I’ve tried where I felt like I was paying more than I should. This wasn’t anything over-the-top, but for the price, I felt like I got decent value and didn’t walk away feeling overcharged

"Heads up: the personal study plan actually made a difference"
Just a warning for anyone cramming a few weeks before a test: don’t waste time on some random generic study list if you already know your weak spots. This plan was actually built around what I needed to work on, and it helped me stay on track without feeling totally overwhelmed. A few lessons were short, but they were still useful. it made me feel way less lost

"Really Helpful Tutoring Experience"
I had a really good experience with my tutor. They were super patient with me, even when I needed things explained more than once, and they found a way to break everything down so it actually made sense instead of just rushing through it. I felt a lot more confident after our sessions, and it took away a big chunk of the stress I was feeling before my test

"Support was slower than I expected"
From what I remember, I had to follow up more than once just to get basic help. It wasn’t a huge issue in the end, but the slow response definitely stuck with me

"Practice tests were close"
I used Test Geek for a few practice tests before my exam, it was close to the real thing. The format and timing felt familiar when I sat down for the actual test, which helped a lot.
Not every topic lined up perfectly, and there were a couple of answers that could’ve used better explanations. If that part doesn’t improve, I’d probably look around at other options next time instead of sticking with it.
Overall, I’d give it 4 stars. It helped me feel less nervous, and I passed, so I can’t complain too much.

"I tried using it on my phone..."
I tried using it on my phone and honestly... not great. The pages felt cluttered. Slow too. I kept tapping around, then losing track of where I was supposed to go next. After a while it just got annoying, so I didn’t really want to keep using it

"Suspiciously Easy to Fit Around My Schedule"
I was kind of expecting the scheduling to be a whole ordeal, because these systems usually feel like they’re designed by some secret committee trying to make your life harder. But I had to switch my test time once, and somehow it was actually simple. No weird hoops, no long back-and-forth, no “please wait 3-5 business days” nonsense. It made it way easier to work around my job and everything else I had going on. Almost too smooth, if you ask me… but in a good way. Overall, solid experience.

"Could be better overall"
In the end, I’d say these study guides are just okay. They helped a bit, but some sections felt outdated and could definitely use a refresh. The materials aren’t bad, but I was hoping for something a little more current and polished
